Obamacare Showers Millions of Dollars on School Health Clinics Under Obamacare, more than $14 million in taxpayer money is going to health clinics at 45 schools, many of them in poor parts of the country. "Today's infusion of new money will enable them to expand their capacity and modernize their facilities," Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced on Thursday.
